If You’re Not Happy, We’re Not Happy, We’ll Make It Right

If you’re not satisfied with your most recent treatment, let us know.

We’ll come back out, evaluate the issue, and when it is safe and appropriate for your lawn, reapply that treatment to address the concern.

We don’t just move on—we take the time to address it.

While a reapplication can address many issues, some problems may require a different or additional approach to fully resolve, which may not be included with your existing program.

What That Looks Like in Practice

Lawn care isn’t one-size-fits-all, and not every issue can be solved the same way.

  • Some treatments (like fertilizer or insect control) can be reapplied if needed
  • Others (like certain herbicides) may require time to work and can’t simply be reapplied immediately
  • Pest and disease issues may require a different approach if conditions change or resistance is a factor

That’s why we don’t take a “spray it again no matter what” approach—we evaluate first, then take the right next step.

What This Guarantee Does NOT Mean

We want to be clear and upfront.

  • We do not replace sod or landscaping
  • We do not offer refunds for services performed
  • We do not guarantee instant results

Lawn care is a process, and results improve over time with consistent treatments and proper conditions.

  • We will perform the services you signed up for within a reasonable timeframe, accounting for weather, scheduling, and route adjustments
  • We will use products and methods that are appropriate for your lawn and current conditions
  • We will evaluate issues and recommend the right next step when they come up
  • We will communicate clearly about what to expect
