The Foundation for a Healthy, Consistent Lawn
Most lawns decline from inconsistency over time—missed timing, uneven nutrition, weeds getting ahead, and pests or disease showing up before they’re noticed.
Our Lawn Care Program solves that with a consistent, seasonally adjusted plan—so your lawn stays healthy and improves over time.
Start With a Lawn Evaluation
We prefer to see your lawn in person before starting service.
Every yard is different—grass type, soil, sun/shade, irrigation, and existing issues all matter. It’s hard to accurately diagnose what your lawn needs over the phone like many companies try to do.
With a quick evaluation, we can:
- Identify your grass type and current condition
- Spot early signs of pests, disease, or stress
- Recommend the right program and any add-ons (if needed)
This ensures you’re getting a plan that actually fits your lawn—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Many companies offer blind quotes over the phone, text, or online forms. Those can price a service—but they don’t diagnose a lawn. Without seeing the property, underlying issues like insect pressure, disease, soil conditions, or mixed turf types get missed, and you end up on a cookie-cutter plan that doesn’t solve the real problem.
Our approach is different: we evaluate first, then build a plan that actually addresses what your lawn needs.
Built for Central Florida Lawns
We specialize in:
St. Augustine, Zoysia, Bahia, and mixed / split lawn types. Treatments are adjusted by turf type—so your lawn gets what it needs, when it needs it.
What’s Included
A year-round program covering your lawn’s core needs:
Fertilization (Done Right)
- Compliant with Florida and local regulations
- Timed to seasonal growth
- Balanced for long-term health
Micro-Nutrients for Color & Health
- Enhances color and vigor
- Supports plant health beyond base fertilizer
Weed Control (Pre & Post)
- Pre-emergents to reduce future pressure
- Post-emergents for active weeds
- Rotated approach to maintain effectiveness
Proactive Pest & Disease Management (IPM)
In Central Florida, insect damage is the #1 cause of lawn decline—especially from pests like chinch bugs, mole crickets, and other turf-feeding insects. Because of that, insect control is a top priority of our program.
Insect damage also moves very quickly—in many cases, a lawn can go from healthy to severely damaged in just a week or two if left unchecked.
This shows up in how we manage your lawn:
- Early treatments to reduce major outbreaks
- A prevention-first approach (not just reacting after damage)
- Adjustments based on current conditions, season, and pressure
A Program That Adapts
We continuously:
- Evaluate conditions
- Adjust for seasons
- Recommend improvements
So results improve over time, not just hold steady.
FAQ
Is this a “fix everything overnight” service?
No. If a lawn is already severely damaged (pests, disease, drought, neglect), routine applications have limits. Recovery may require time, targeted treatments, or even partial re-sodding. This program is designed to protect what you have and improve it over time.
Do you guarantee a perfect lawn or zero pests/disease?
No. Central Florida has year-round pest and disease pressure. Our program is designed to minimize and slow issues, not eliminate them entirely.
What happens if something pops up between visits?
Let us know early. We provide no-charge service calls for smaller issues and will re-treat or escalate with specialty products when needed.
Will there ever be additional costs?
Sometimes. Larger or more advanced issues may require separate treatments based on size and severity. Catching issues early helps keep those costs down.
How often do you service?
On a year-round schedule, roughly every 5–6 weeks, aligned to seasonal needs.
Do you treat all grass types the same?
No. We tailor treatments to St. Augustine, Zoysia, Bahia, or mixed lawns of these grass types.
Can you eliminate Bermuda, torpedo, or crabgrass?
Not selectively in most lawns without damaging desirable turf. On certain lawns (e.g., ProVista St. Augustine), we can use a non-selective approach to control unwanted grasses without harming the turf.
What if there’s a major issue?
We’ll recommend targeted treatments outside the standard program when needed—such as for heavy grub activity, mole crickets, resistant chinch bugs, or disease outbreaks. These are handled as as-needed treatments based on severity and conditions.
Is this one-time?
No—ongoing program for long-term results.
What do I need to do?
Follow proper watering and mowing and report issues early so we can act before they spread.
Will my lawn stay green all year?
Not always. We see dormancy typically from December–March. St. Augustine may stay partially green; Zoysia and Bahia typically go dormant and turn brown after the first cold snap. Once overnight temps stay above 60°F, lawns will recover.
