Tyron and Jamelia Ward always wanted to be entrepreneurs and active members of their local community. Lawn Doctor of Waldorf provides the perfect fit. “We are extremely excited about engaging in the Southern Maryland Community and bringing a strong national brand to the area.”

Jamelia is a graduate of Howard University where she was a scholar athlete and earned a degree in African American Studies.  She has been an educator for over twenty years and enjoys giving back to the community by educating young children.  She now looks forward to servicing the community through Lawn Doctor.

Tyron graduated from Immaculata University with a degree in Marketing Management. He has twenty years of sales and marketing experience. Tyron and Jamelia have been married for twenty-three years and they have two adult children, Jada 21, and Jalen, 18. They enjoy time with family, karaoke, golf and cycling.

The Ward’s are excited to have recently relocated to Maryland where Jamelia is originally from. Lawn Doctor of Waldorf services a suburb of Washington, DC that includes The National Harbor, Andrews Air Force Base, The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs Stadium and many other amenities.

Lawn Doctor provides lawn care services including lawn treatment for common issues such as crab grass, mosquitos, and ticks to the following service areas: Accokeek, Andrews Air Force Base, Aquasco, Belalton, Brandywine, Bryans Road, Beyantown, Charlotte Hall, Cheltenham, Clinton, Faulkner, Fort Washington, Hughesville, Indian Head, Issue, La Plata, Marbury, Nanjemoy, Newburg, Oxon Hill, Pomfret. Port Tobacco, Suitland, Temple Hills, Waldorf, Welcome, and White Plains.

The Ward’s actively supports their local church which funds many community programs and Kisses for Kyle Foundation. They also are actively looking for new opportunities to support positive programs in Southern Maryland.
