LAWN CARE SERVICES & PROGRAMS

It’s our complete lawn care plan—covering fertilization, pre- and post-emergent weed control, and seasonally timed treatments to promote deep roots, rich color, and healthy growth across Pearland and surrounding areas.

Consistent care is key to long-term turf health. Our professional-grade nutrients and weed control are tailored to your grass type and soil conditions to deliver lasting results.

Probably not. Many lawn treatments require a licensed professional for safe, legal application. Gardeners handle mowing and trimming; we handle specialized fertilization, weed control, pest management, and soil health treatments.

Yes, including core aeration, soil enrichment, fire ant and lawn insect control, fungus and disease management, ornamental tree and shrub care (up to ~20ft tall), and perimeter pest control. Ask us about customizing your plan with these services for even healthier turf.

Absolutely. All products are EPA-approved and applied according to label guidelines. We recommend keeping people and pets off of treated areas until dry—usually about four hours.

Yes. Organic or hybrid programs are available upon request. Keep in mind that organic treatments often take longer to show results but provide excellent long-term benefits.

No. Our formulations are non-staining, and we always blow off driveways and walkways after granular treatments.

We aim to make it the healthiest, greenest lawn possible! Factors like weather, soil, and watering habits play a role, but our treatments will maximize your turf’s potential. Ready to love your lawn again? Call today to start your customized care plan.

Most customers notice deeper color and improved density within a few weeks of their first treatment.

You’ll typically see greener color and reduced weeds within two weeks of your initial visit.

Weeds germinate in cycles year-round. Our ongoing program breaks that cycle over time. Effective control usually takes 6–12 months of consistent treatments.

It’s possible, but wind, rain, and birds spread more seeds than mowers do. Either way, our weed control program keeps them in check.

Most lawns reach about 90% weed-free within two growing seasons. The biggest improvements often appear early in your program.

No, we focus exclusively on professional turf treatments and lawn health.

No, we specialize solely in lawn and landscape health services.

  • Spring (Feb–Apr): Water only if dry for 10–14 days and temperatures are warm. Avoid overwatering when nights are cool.
  • Summer (May–Aug): Provide 1–1.5 inches weekly, split into 2–3 deep sessions.
  • Fall (Sep–Nov): Reduce frequency; once per week is typically enough.
  • Winter (Dec–Feb): Water about 1 inch every 2–3 weeks if rainfall is low.

Cultural practices include mowing, edging, and watering. Done correctly, they enhance results between professional treatments and help your lawn stay stronger year-round.

Yes. Over-edging can shrink your lawn and expose soil, inviting weeds. Keep a vertical (90°) edge and trim at mowing height for a clean look and healthy turf.

For St. Augustine lawns, mow at about 3.5 inches. Taller grass develops deeper roots, retains moisture better, and looks greener overall. Avoid removing more than one-third of the blade at a time.

We don’t perform irrigation repairs but will alert you to issues we notice and can refer trusted specialists.

Mulching (“grasscycling”) is best. It returns nutrients to the soil, reduces waste, and supports lawn health. Ask your mowing provider to skip bagging when possible.

COMMON LAWN ISSUES

Crabgrass is an annual weed that sprouts in spring, thrives in summer, and dies in fall after seeding. Our pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control treatments prevent and control crabgrass before it spreads.

Fungal issues cause brown or patchy areas, especially during humid, warm nights. They usually subside as conditions change, but we can treat active infections with targeted fungus control applications.

Nutsedge is a persistent weed that spreads through underground tubers. It’s tough but manageable with repeated, targeted treatments. We identify the type and build a control plan to suppress it effectively.

Most likely! Core aeration relieves compaction, allowing water and nutrients to reach the roots more easily. We recommend annual aeration—typically in spring—for stronger, thicker turf.
