Lawn Doctor of Northeast San Antonio services Bexar, Comal and Guadalupe Counties, and is owned by husband and wife team Rich and Patsy Anderson.
They opened their doors in March of 2016 with zero customers and have grown to over 1,200 customers in five short years. “Our goals are to promote the quality of life for our customers and provide them with beautiful lawns they can enjoy all year long,” Rich adds, “We also gained great satisfaction creating employment opportunities within the community as our business continues to grows.”
They have now hired a team of four dedicated Technicians and an Office Administrator to continue providing the highest customer service care. Lawn Doctor Corporate presented them with awards for outstanding performance and business growth.

Rich’s responsibilities include operating the business, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Patsy works on marketing and growing the business by developing new customer relationships.
Rich graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and later earned an MBA in Aviation Management. Rich is a 30-year Air Force veteran, and served in leadership positions within flying, operations support and educational units. Patsy graduated from Incarnate Word College in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and worked as an account manager for a major San Antonio advertising firm on several national campaigns. She managed both English and Spanish campaigns before taking an executive marketing position at Anheuser-Busch headquarters in St Louis, MO.
“We’re thrilled to be back home in heart of Texas,” Patsy says. “Like many of our customers, we love our neighborhood and the unique Texas lifestyle.”
Much of Rich and Patsy’s spare time is invested in spending time with their daughters and their many activities. Rich enjoys taking care of their own lawn and caring for their pets. He is a sports fan and snow skier. Patsy enjoys cooking, gardening, church activities and organizing events. They both love a good movie, listening to live music, and entertaining friends and family.
