A local resident for 20 years and active member of the community, Mike Snell is the proud owner of Lawn Doctor of Door County-Manitowoc-Bellevue. Mike has been married to his wife Elizabeth for 27 years. They have two children, Ben 25, who will work for Lawn Doctor in the future and Anna 23. They also have two beagles and a cat.
Mike saw the need for professional lawn care in the Door County-Manitowoc-Bellevue area. Lawn Doctor was the perfect fit. The goal is simple – to ensure customers have the healthiest and most beautiful lawns around. Lawn Doctor is also a business that has unlimited growth potential, so Mike can pass it down to his son.
Door County has a small year-round population with a vast number of seasonal homeowners as well as a large tourist population. It is surrounded by water with many beautiful homes. They call it the “Cape Cod of the Midwest.”

In their free time the Snell’s enjoy travelling in the winter to warmer climates. Mike is an avid golfer and bowler and follows most sports. He is also board member for the Door County Bowling Association.
