David and Cindy Callahan have been owners and operators of their Lawn Doctor business since 1985. As a husband and wife team, they understand the value of client relationships and made it their primary goal to provide superior service and create an outstanding customer experience. As the company grew, they began hiring caring and courteous servicing specialists who continued the tradition of providing top quality lawn care. Office and operations staff was gradually added and we are now a team of 12! |

Tara Pratt was first hired as a part-time office assistant. Quickly becoming full time, during her nine year tenure she worked her way up to the position of Executive Director of Operations. Her love of her work and commitment to being the best she can be is exemplified by her outstanding office management, exemplary customer service and her desire and ability to make every client feel special. |

Bennett Lawrence, initially a lawn specialist trainee, is now our Service Manager. His knowledge and expertise have grown exponentially over the years. As a true team member, he is always willing to help out both co-workers and clients, while at the same time is looking for ways to make our company better. |

We had a bittersweet parting with our past Operations Manager; much to our delight he went on to run his own Lawn Doctor franchise but left us with very difficult shoes to fill. We were looking for that “needle in a haystack” replacement and we found her! Erin Richmond came to us experienced in the lawn care industry and with strong leadership skills. Her passion and drive are evident in all she does, from working with our lawn specialists to the special care she gives each and every client. With a goal to always “build a better mousetrap” she helps push our team to do and be better all the time. |
