About Us

Spending all their lives living in the Capital Region and working in the hospitality industry for twenty-five years, Matt and Suzy Mazzone are ready to continue to serve their community once again with Lawn Doctor of Clifton Park-Ballston Spa-Schenectady-Amsterdam. Currently employing over one hundred employees locally in the logistics industry, we now want to put a personal touch on maintaining and protecting one of your most valued assets, your home. We have served the community our whole lives. “Living, working, growing a family in the Capital Region has been so important to us and there is nothing more rewarding then brining a good product mixed with our over-the-top hospitality to our friends and neighbors.”

Matt has been a staple in the community for most of his life. “Working in a family business from an early age I knew my passion was to serve the community. Having a finance background, good reputation and great work ethic has proven that I am a great business owner. With my firsthand approach and can-do attitude and “Team” mentality, I always make sure the job gets done.”

Suzy grew up on a 300-acre beef cattle farm in the Broadalbin-Perth area. “I spent most of my young life bailing hay, tending to the animals and really learning and appreciating the agricultural world.”  I spent my adult life in the hospitality industry with a background in accounting and marketing and found a passion for the service industry. I enjoy community events and making friends and family come together to enjoy life’s little pleasures of just being together.

When we are not working, we enjoy spending quality time with our two children and friends and family.  “We love adventures, and we love to eat! Taking hikes in the summer in the Adirondack Park or spending time on the Sacandaga Lake we are always on the go. Entertaining our friends and family with a delicious meal is one of our greatest joys in life!”

“We are focused on quality products paired with exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction guaranteed.”
