A local native and longtime resident of Pearland, Andrew Bond is the proud owner of Lawn Doctor of Pearland-Manvel-Fresno. With deep roots in the community, he is committed to providing top-quality lawn care services that help his neighbors enjoy healthier, greener outdoor spaces.
Andrew has been married to his wife, Kay, a NASA engineer, since 2010. Together, they are raising two children who are actively working toward their black belts in American karate at a locally owned martial arts facility. Through their dedication to the sport, they have built a strong circle of friends and a sense of discipline that carries over into every aspect of their lives. The family also shares their home with Comet, a spirited terrier mix who keeps them on their toes.
Before transitioning to Lawn Doctor, Andrew spent over 20 years in the non-destructive testing segment of the pipeline integrity industry. While he found success in his field, he sought a career that offered greater control over his professional path, work-life balance, and long-term goals. Owning a Lawn Doctor franchise allowed him to channel his strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and passion for customer service into a business where he could make a direct impact in his community while building something for the future.
When they’re not busy with school and martial arts training, the Bond family enjoys taking long weekends to visit friends across Texas, exploring new amusement parks and water parks, or planning trips to visit family in Europe. In his personal time, Andrew has a passion for bird hunting and looks forward to his annual deep-sea fishing trip with close friends.
