What is Lawn Aeration?<\/strong><\/p>\n Lawn aeration is the process of loosening up heavily compacted soil. The goal of loosening the soil is to make it easier for grass seed to get below the surface – optimal for rapid strong growth – as well as creating openings for nourishing rain water, oxygen, and fertilizer to reach the grass\u2019s root system. The process of lawn aeration involves thousands and thousands of tiny (pencil eraser sized) holes into the surface of your lawn.<\/p>\n
