Sweet Chili Sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 T. Worcestershire Sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 T. minced onion (optional)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd t. salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the Cranberry Pepper Jelly Sauce:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10oz. jar Hot Pepper Jelly<\/li>\n<li>12oz. jar Chili Sauce<\/li>\n<li>8oz. can Jellied Cranberry Sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 T. dark brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>juice from 1\/2 lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instructions<\/p>\n<p>For the Meatballs:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, chili sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, onion and salt. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated but do not overwork the mixture or the meatballs will be tough.<\/li>\n<li>Form into 1\u00bd inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet. Leave at least 1-inch space between meatballs.<\/li>\n<li>Cook at 350 F for 10 minutes then turn each meatball over. Cook another 10-15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. Remove from oven.<\/li>\n<li>While meatballs are cooking, prepare the sauce.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For the Sauce:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large skillet over\u00a0low heat, combine all sauce ingredients. Stir until well blended then remove from heat until the meatballs are ready.<\/li>\n<li>When meatballs are cooked, place them in the sauce in the skillet and simmer for 1-hour or until sauce has thickened.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you see something out of the ordinary, please feel free to contact us for advice.
