Spring seeding stops us from being able to apply any crabgrass or weed control. Which means those pesky things will most likely be all you see come summer.

🐶 Pet & Child Safety: We apply all products responsibly, it’s best to stay off the lawn until it’s dry; typically, 1- 2 hours.

🌿 Worried leaves will be an issue with our treatments? Light to moderate leaf coverage is not a problem. Our fertilizer pellets are designed to disperse efficiently across your lawn. When applied, these small granules navigate through the leaf layer. The wind and the movement of our application equipment also help.

Common Questions We Get

Why do I still see weeds?” The first treatment focuses on crabgrass prevention and fertilization. Weed control begins when weeds are actively growing (late April – early May). Weeds are sprayed from then on. This is a process! For weeds that were sprayed; you should start seeing results within 7-10 days. Some weeds take more than one visit.

Why haven’t you been here yet?” Weather plays a huge role in our scheduling. If the ground is too wet, we may need to delay treatments to avoid damage. Rest assured; your lawn will still get the full care it needs at the right time!

Do I need to be home for service?” Nope! We’ll email a service summary after each visit. If you ever have questions, just respond to that or call/text us.

Why is my neighbor’s lawn greener than mine?” Differences in soil composition, watering, and mowing habits play a major role. Some lawns naturally retain nutrients better. Bottom line, every lawn is different, and we can’t just compare; we need to know exactly what they do. Sometimes it looks great from far away but not up close!

When should I water my lawn? Your lawn needs 1-2 inches of water per week. Water early in the morning. Average about 20 minutes per day minimum. But you have to pay attention to your lawn. Soil needs to be moist; not dry or soupy/muddy.

How should I mow my lawn?” Never remove more than 1/3 of the grass blade per mow and keep blades sharp. Spring and Fall, mow shorter but during Summer, keep the grass as long as you can so it can protect itself from the heat!

Why do I have moles if you treat for grubs?” Mole’s main food source is earthworms. Every lawn has grubs, and our grub prevention helps protect your grass from the grubs eating the roots but does not eliminate the grubs in the soil.

Will your treatments get rid of my moss? Moss must be killed and removed manually. Then you can seed into these areas to try and establish grass.

It’s You & Us Against Your Lawn!
