After 7 years, in 2022, he sold the business to Charlie Reddington, who now runs the day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Meet Charlie<\/h4>\n<p>Charlie didn&#8217;t come from lawn care\u2014he came up through systems.<\/p>\n<p>His first job was at McDonald&#8217;s at 17, where he spent 7 years working across multiple locations\u2014moving from crew member to trainer, maintenance, shift manager, and beyond. He saw firsthand how powerful strong systems and consistent execution can be.<\/p>\n<p>That was his first exposure to a franchise system.<\/p>\n<p>After McDonald&#8217;s, Charlie worked in factories and logistics\u2014including Landis Plastics, Borg Warner, and FedEx\u2014before attending night school at a technical college and earning certifications in multiple areas of IT.<\/p>\n<p>He then spent the next 20 years in technology and eventually found his way back into management\u2014working with startups and technology companies, building systems, improving operations, and focusing on reliability, uptime, team development, and customer experience.
