Sod Installation Done Right — From Start to Finish
Replacing your lawn is a big investment. Done right, it transforms your home. Done wrong, it can become an expensive headache all over again.
When you choose us, we handle the entire process for you — from measuring and planning to installation and long-term care — so you don’t have to piece it together yourself.
We Handle Everything — Start to Finish
No chasing contractors. No guessing what your lawn needs.
We take care of:
- Measuring and estimating your lawn
- Coordinating sod delivery and installation
- Preparing the soil for proper rooting
- Making sure everything is installed correctly
- Setting up the right treatment plan immediately after
All the while, keeping you fully in the loop.
One company. One plan. Done right the first time.
What Does Sod Installation Cost?
Most of the work we do is focused on fixing problem areas and partial lawn renovations — not always full property replacements.
Most of our customers are fixing sections of their lawn, not replacing everything.
- Partial lawn renovations typically range from $1,000 to $3,500
- Larger projects and full lawn replacements can range from $3,500 to $8,000+
Pricing depends on lawn size, prep work, access, and overall condition.
The best way to get accurate pricing — and confirm whether you actually need sod — is with a FREE lawn evaluation, where we:
- Measure your lawn
- Assess current conditions
- Build a clear plan from start to finish
Important Note on Minimums
We have a minimum project size of 400 sq ft (1 pallet).
Because we purchase sod in bulk and coordinate full installs, we do not take on small patch jobs or piece work.
Protect Your Investment — From Day One
New sod is most vulnerable in the first 30–60 days — and long-term success depends on what happens after that.
We offer two paths depending on how you plan to handle your lawn after installation:
1) New Sod Treatment (one-time)
- Designed for homeowners who plan to DIY or use another provider after installation
- Helps roots establish faster
- Reduces early stress
- Protects against initial insect and disease pressure
This is a one-time service to give your new lawn a strong start — what happens after that is up to you.
2) Ongoing Lawn Care Program (recurring)
- Includes the new sod treatment to properly establish your lawn
- Prevents weeds before they take over
- Controls insects that damage turf
- Reduces disease pressure in Florida’s climate
- Strengthens your lawn over time
This is the full-service option for homeowners who want it handled correctly from day one through long-term care.
Note: Both services are optional and are not included in the base installation price.

FAQ
Do I need to replace my entire lawn?
Not always. That’s why we start with a free evaluation — sometimes targeted repairs or treatment can solve the problem.
How soon should I treat new sod?
Immediately. The first 30–60 days are critical for rooting and long-term success.
Do you offer small patch jobs?
We have a 1 pallet minimum (400 sq ft) due to how sod is sourced and installed. Smaller areas are charged at the minimum.
What types of grass do you install?
We install Bahia, St. Augustine and Zoysia, which perform best in Central Florida.
What if I don’t continue with lawn care after?
You can, but most issues that caused the lawn to fail originally will return over time. Ongoing care is what protects your investment.
