To qualify a customer needs to purchase a 2008 Annual Lawn Care Maintainer Program through one of our participating local franchise locations.  Once you have purchased the program in full payment, a participating Lawn Doctor location will provide you with a redemption voucher. All other offers including coupon plans offer should be redeemed at participating Lawn Doctor locations.

The steps a customer will take to fill out the voucher will be:

  1. Purchase paid in full maintainer program from participating franchise locations between January 1, 2008 and July 31, 2008
  2. Fill out voucher and mail paid in full voucher form.
